Land, culture and gathering, developed with care.
We develop a single site in Biederitz and organise the cultural, creative and event activities that give it purpose.
About us
One site, developed with a long view.
ZFS Grundstücksentwicklung Biederitz GmbH & Co. KG is a project company set up for one purpose: the development of a specific plot of land in Biederitz. Our work begins with the site itself: its location, its surroundings and the people who will use it.
Alongside the development, we plan and organise entertainment, cultural and creative activities, from exhibitions and performances to conventions and trade shows. A developed site is only valuable when it is visited, used and lived in.
